What we collect and why
When you use the intake on /work-with-me: the details you share so Daisy can give you a real read on fit — typically your name, email, and a description of what you need help with (use case, context, what you have already tried, what success looks like, timeline, and budget range). This is collected to respond to your inquiry and assess fit.
When you request a 15-minute call on /dashboard-studio: your name, email, store URL, approximate revenue band, and any message — plus basic referral information (which link or campaign brought you), so we can schedule and prepare for the call.
When you join a product waitlist or download a resource: your email, which product or resource, and the page or campaign you came from — to deliver what you asked for and let you know when it is ready.
Automatically: standard, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used (no cross-site advertising trackers). We hash IP addresses for spam protection rather than storing them in the clear. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of service providers who process this data on our behalf, each under their standard data-processing terms: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Anthropic / Claude (the intake assistant that helps capture your details), and Perplexity (content research — it does not process your inquiry data). If we add a payment processor (Stripe) for clients, it processes payment information directly and will be added here.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and signup data only as long as it is useful for responding to you and running the practice. Inquiries that are not a fit are reviewed for deletion annually, and routine ones older than about 24 months are removed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights apply to you specifically; we honor the same requests for everyone. To make a request, email hello@daisyguti.ai. We verify the request comes from you, then action it promptly. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access is limited to the founder. We never place your inquiry content into third-party tools beyond the providers listed above. Client business data is handled separately under client engagement terms: it stays on client-owned systems and never enters ours.
Changes
