Engagement Terms.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you book a Clarity Session or engage me for a project — a Workflows & Systems build, Launch Support, Dashboard Studio, or a Fractional CAIO retainer. Larger engagements also get a Statement of Work with the specifics; where the two differ, the Statement of Work wins.

Confidentiality — both ways

Your information stays private.Anything you share with me — your business, your data, your numbers, your plans — is treated as confidential. I don't share it, sell it, or use it outside of our work together.

My materials stay private too.The recommendations, templates, code, and methods I share with you are confidential to our engagement. They're yours to use inside your business — please keep them within your team rather than redistributing them publicly.

Either of us can disclose information if the law requires it. This confidentiality continues after the engagement ends. If your company prefers its own mutual NDA, I'm glad to sign it.

What you own

What you pay for is yours. The plan, code, dashboards, and systems I build for you become yours to keep and use once paid. I keep my own pre-existing tools, know-how, and templates — the things I bring to every engagement — so I can keep doing this work for others.

Payment and the Clarity Session promise

Sessions and projects are billed as quoted. The Clarity Session carries a simple promise: if you don't get a plan worth acting on, the session is on me — just reply to your receipt and I'll refund it.

Bilingual

Sessions, documentation, and any back-and-forth can run in English or Spanish — whatever is easier for your team.
