What these terms cover

daisyguti.ai makes and sells software products. These terms apply when you use one of the products listed on /products, join a waitlist for a product that is still being built, or send a message through the intake on /lets-chat.

What you send me

What you send through the intake or a product is used to answer you and to run that product. It is not sold. Sending something here is not a confidentiality agreement, so send what you are comfortable sharing. The Concept Lab report section below covers your idea, and /privacy covers data handling.

Payment

Products are billed at the price shown at checkout, and Stripe processes the payment. A one-time purchase, such as a report, is paid once. Joining a waitlist or sending a message through the intake costs nothing and is not a purchase. If a charge ever looks wrong, reply to your receipt and I'll sort it out with you.

Concept Lab report

You send me one business concept. I send you back a written research report on it: market demand, the competitive landscape, how defensible it is, and a straight go or no-go call. It arrives as a web page you can print and keep, within 5 business days of you submitting the form after payment.

What is included is the report. Time with me, a call, implementation work, and legal, financial or investment advice are separate things I am not selling here. I do not research concepts related to government, defense or intelligence.

Your idea stays yours. What you send is used to write your report and for nothing else. Two things to know before you send it. This is not a confidentiality agreement, so send what you are comfortable sharing. And I build my own products, so I may already be working on something similar, or may start later. Buying a report gives neither of us rights in the other's ideas.

Data handling follows the privacy policy at /privacy.

The report covers the concept as you describe it. A no-go verdict is a finished report.

Refunds. Ask any time before your report is delivered and you get the full $199 back, for any reason. Email hello@daisyguti.ai. Once the report is delivered the sale is final. If your report has not arrived within 8 business days of you submitting the form, email me and I will refund you in full. If a delivered report is clearly broken or unusable, email me and I will refund you.

Buying from the EU or UK: submitting the form is you asking me to start work right away, and you agree that once the report is delivered the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. Before delivery, your right to cancel and get the full amount back still stands.

Bilingual

Product support, documentation, and any back-and-forth can run in English or Spanish, whichever is easier for your team.
