  • What if my stack is unusual?

    The 5-day timeline assumes a standard Shopify + Meta + Google + TikTok + Klaviyo + GA4 stack. If your stack has unusual pieces — subscription apps, multiple Shopify markets, B2B sales, custom apps — tell me on the 15-minute call and I’ll quote accordingly. Most brands fit the standard pattern.

  • Do I own the dashboard after 5 days?

    Yes. The dashboard lives on your infrastructure (or one I help you set up), the queries and code are yours, and you can modify it without me. No subscription, no lock-in.

  • Why is this only $3,500?

    Because I’m productizing one specific deliverable, not selling consulting hours. The price would be much higher for an open-ended engagement. The 5-day timeline and fixed scope are how I keep the price predictable for both of us.

  • What happens after Day 5?

    You have a working dashboard. If you want ongoing maintenance, integration cleanup, or a fractional CTO relationship, we can talk separately — those are different offers. For most brands, the 5-day buildout is the whole engagement.

  • Can you do this in Spanish?

    Yes. The dashboard interface, documentation, and any video walkthroughs can be in Spanish if that’s easier for your team. The 15-minute discovery call can be in either language.

  • What if it takes longer than 5 days?

    If the delay is on my side, you don’t pay more. If the delay is because your stack has unexpected complications I couldn’t have known about on the discovery call, we have a conversation. I’ve never had this happen with a brand whose stack matched what they described on the call.
